1. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the controversy involved in these writ petitions has been covered by the judgment dated 02.05.2025 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in a batch of writ petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8760/2025 (Manav Dharma Viklang Sewa Sansthan versus The Rajasthan Nursing Council & Ors.).

2. In view of the joint statement made at bar by learned counsel for the parties, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the cases filed by the petitioner-Institutions for grant of "No Objection Certificate" within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.

3. The interim orders passed by this Court shall continue till the cases filed by the petitioner-Institutions for grant of "No Objection Certificate" are decided. It is further ordered that if the "No Objection Certificate" is granted to the petitioners-Institutions, then all the benefits accruing therefrom shall be made available to them as per the law.

4. It is made clear that if the State Government passes an order adverse to the interest of the petitioner-Institutions, it shall record reasons for doing so after taking into account the entire material placed before it including the inspection reports.
