1. This instant application for bail is filed under Section 483 of BNSS by the petitioner-accused Sharwan Ranwa @ Suresh Ranwa S/o Late Ramlal Ranwa in FIR No.255/2025 dated 07.07.2025 registered at P.S. Bajaj Nagar, District Jaipur City (East), whereby the petitioner-accused has charged under Sections 318(4), 316(2) and 61(2) of BNS.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the matter. Learned counsel submits that this petitioner is not involved in encashment of any demand draft as he is not having any bank account to encash the demand draft. He further submits that there is no evidence to show that this petitioner has collected the demand draft for encashment.
He further submits that there is no material to connect this petitioner-accused with the Sirsa Central Cooperative Bank Limited and currently investigation is in progress and the petitioner-accused is in custody since 22.07.2025.
3. Aforesaid contentions were opposed by learned Public Prosecutor and he submitted that this is a case of cheating and breach of trust.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the report received from S.H.O., PS Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur City (East).

On basis of a complaint lodged by Amit Kumar Bansal about encashment of a demand draft by unknown person having account in the Sirsa Central Cooperative Bank Limited, the matter is investigated and initially Basheer Ahemad is interrogated and thereafter Pramod Kumar and Shrawan Ranwa @ Suresh Ranwa. The investigation revealed that the demand draft in the name of the Security and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) was encashed with aid and assistance of present petitioner accused.
6. The investigation is in progress and investigation till date indicate that this petitioner has encashed a demand draft made in the name of SEBI. Though this is a private dispute but still the investigation is in progress, therefore, looking to role and involvement of the present petitioner-accused, he is not entitled to be released on bail.
7. In view of above discussion, the instant bail application preferred under Section 483 BNSS by petitioner-accused Sharwan Ranwa @ Suresh Ranwa S/o Late Ramlal Ranwa is hereby dismissed.
