1. Petitioner has filed the instant writ petition against order dated 29.04.2015 passed by the Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti Lalsot, whereby representation submitted by the petitioner has been dismissed.

2. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Sub Nakedar on 17.01.1979 and thereafter, he was absorbed on the post of Gram Sewak in Panchayati Raj Department vide order dated 14.05.2001 in the pay scale of Rs.3200-4
