1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition has been preferred with the following prayers:-
“It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this writ petition in the form of PIL may kindly be allowed with cost and by an appropriate writ, order or direction:-
(i) The respondents may kindly be directed not to shift the Modal CHC situated at headquarter Khamnor to the newly constructed building at Malela which is not sufficient and convenient.
(ii) The respondents may kindly further directed to shift the Primary Health Centre, Malela which is running in one room any other Govt. Building in the newly constructed building in the interest of public at large.
(iii) Any other appropriate relief which deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that it was not a proper site, where the respondents chose to construct the hospital, but at the same time, fairly submits that now the hospital at the site in question has already been constructed and is operational.
3. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, does not wish to dwell any further on the Public Interest Litigation, as the hospital is already open and operational.
