1 The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer:

“1. The respondents may be directed to release all the due amount of Gratuity, Commutation, Leave Encashment, State Insurance, GPF Pension etc. to humble petitioner along-with interest @ 9% per annum from date the superannuation of husband of the humble petitioner i.e.

31.08.2012.

2. The Family pension w.e.f. 07.05.2021 may also be directed to be released to the petitioner with interest @ 9% p.a. in the interest of justice.”
