This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 24.09.2025 passed by the learned Rent Appellate Tribunal, Churu in Rent Petition No.15/2021 whereby the learned Rent Appellate Tribunal, Bikaner dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner and affirmed the order of eviction dated 13.12.2023 passed by the learned Rent Tribunal, Churu in Original Application No.15/2021.
