1. Apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No.523/2024 registered at Police Station Anoopgarh, Sri Ganganagar, for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, the accused-petitioner has preferred this criminal misc. bail application under Section 482 of B.N.S.S.

2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the name of the petitioner does not find mention in the FIR. It is contended that the accused petitioner was granted interim protection by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2025 and the petitioner has co-operated with the investigation, the custodial interrogation of the accused-petitioner is not required, therefore, anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail application and submitted the factual report.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant has also opposed the grant of anticipatory bail application and submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender and against him FIR No.777/2024, registered at Police Station Anoopgarh was also registered. It is alleged against the petitioner and the other co- accused that they in connivance with the other co-accused has forged the power of attorney and sold the same to the complainant party, therefore, considering the aforesaid facts, the anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioner may be dismissed.

5. Heard and perused the material available on the record.

Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required, therefore, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to allow the anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioner.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of the accused-petitioner- Ranjeet Singh S/o Richpal Singh, in connection with FIR No.523/2024 registered at Police Station Anoopgarh, Sri Ganganagar, he shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:-

(i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.

(iv) that the petitioner would submit his Mobile phones and Sim Cards before the concerned Investigating Officer.

(v) that the accused-petitioner would submit his contact details along with the present address to the concerned Investigating Officer. In case if the petitioner changes his address or mobile number, he shall submit the same before the concerned Investigating Officer.
