1. The instant criminal revision petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 against the order dated 26.02.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge, NDPS Cases No.01, Jodhpur Metro in Criminal Misc. Application No. 151/2026 (NCV No.44/2026) arising out of FIR No. 222/2025 registered at Police Station Bhagat Ki Kothi, District Jodhpur for the offences under Sections 8/22 and 29 of the NDPS Act, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 497 BNSS for release of the seized vehicle i.e. Mahindra Scorpio bearing registration No. GJ09 BN 8375 on supurdagi came to be rejected.
