By way of filing the instant criminal writ petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned order dated 06.11.2009 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Jaipur City (South), Jaipur by which it was ordered to open history sheet against the petitioner under Rule 4.9 of Rajasthan Police Rules, 1965 (for short “the Rules of
