1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in advertisement dated 17.02.2026 issued by respondent No.3 for contractual hiring of Yoga Professionals under the Rajasthan Contractual Hiring to Civil Post Rules, 2022, the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post of Yoga Professional is Bachelor of Neuropathy and Yoga Sciences “BNYS”. Counsel for the petitioners submits that on earlier occasions and under different service rules, the post of Yoga Professional/Instructor have been filled even by the diploma/P.G. diploma/certificate holders in Yoga Sciences. It is stated that most of the petitioners have already been appointed on contractual basis and discharging the same duties and having diploma/P.G. diploma/certificate in Yoga Sciences. However, under the impugned notification, the respondent have restricted the

eligibility only to the degree holders of BNYS.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5127/2026, interim order has been passed by this

Court.

3. Matter requires consideration.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to supply copy of the writ petition to learned AAG Mr. N.S. Rajpurohit to represent respondent No.1 and Mr. Deepak Bora to represent respondent

No.2 and Mr. Sunil Purohit to represent respondent No.3.

5. In the meantime, the respondents are directed to provisionally accept the offline application forms of the petitioners within a period of three days from today and to consider their

candidature provisionally. It is made clear that this order shall not

create any right/equity in favour of the petitioner.

6. It will be open for the respondents to move appropriate

application for vacation/modification of this interim order.

7. Names of Mr. N.S. Rajpurohit, Deepak Bora and Mr. Sunil

Purohit be shown in the cause list as counsel for the respondents.
