1. The instant application for suspension of sentence has been moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated 16.07.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Jaisalmer, District Jaisalmer in Sessions Case No.120/2016(171/2014) whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer life imprisonment along with a fine of Rs.10,000/- under Sections 302/149 IPC and lesser punishment for the other offences under Sections 148, 324/149 & 323/149 of IPC and under Section 4/25 of the Arms Act.
