1. The present writ petition has been filed being aggrieved by the notice dated 20.11.2025 issued by Gram Panchayat Pancholas, Panchayat Samiti Chauth Ka Barwara, Tehsil and District Sawai Madhopur in respect of Khasra No.1357 admeasuring 0.79 hectare, situated at Gram Panchayat Pancholas, Tehsil And District Sawai Madhopur, vide which the petitioner has been directed to remove the alleged encroachment made by him over the said land.
