1. By way of filing the present Criminal Misc. Petition, a challenge has been made to the order dated 26.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional District and Session Judge, Dholpur in Criminal Appeal (CIS) No.03/2026 whereby a condition to deposit 20% of the compensation amount was imposed upon the petitioner while suspending his execution of sentence by the Appellate Court.
