1. The accused-petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S., arising out of F.I.R. No.54/2023 registered with the Police Station Bhinay, District Ajmer, for offence under Sections 8 and 15 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, and for offence under Section 8/29 of the N.D.P.S., Act, 1985, as mentioned in the order of the learned Court Below.

The learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, whereas he has no connection with co-accused Rang Singh and Nepal Singh Rawat, from whose possession the contraband is said to have been recovered.
