the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the accused-applicants (for brevity, ‘the applicants’) along with the appeal. The applicants have been convicted and sentenced by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karauli vide judgement dated

seven days’ additional simple imprisonment.

Section 323/149 IPC:- One year’s simple imprisonment and fine of Rs.1,000/-; in default whereof,

Section 324/149 IPC:- Three years’ rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs.2,000/-; in default whereof,
