1. The instant bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 BNSS who has been arrested in connection with the FIR No.01/2026 dated 06.01.2026 registered at the Police Station Myajlar, District Jaisalmer, for the offences under Sections 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118 (2) and 109 (1) of BNS

2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case while alleging that the complainant was attacked by the petitioner and the co-accused with swords, axes, iron rods and sticks and blocked the path of the complainant with the intention to kill them. He submits that in the FIR it has bee
