08/04/2026 The petitioner preferred the instant Misc. Petition for setting aside of the order dated 09.01.2026, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Hanumangarh in FIR No.106/2025 of Police Station Tibbi, District Hanumangarh.

The petitioner is an accused facing prosecution under Section

64 BNS. On 11.08.2025 he moved an application under Section 94 BNSS, praying for the preservation of evidence. Specifically, the petitioner sought that the tower location details of his mobile number be obtained, as mentioned in para 4 of the said application.

The issue involved in this case is now no more as res-integra in light of the judgment passed after an elaborate discussion with regard to the controversy involved in the case of Chotha Ram
