1. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the respondents for not considering her candidature thereby not allowing her to sit in the interview despite the fact that she is physically handicapped. In the main result, she was initially assessed at 50% permanent disability, however prior to the interview, the respondents directed the petitioner to appear before the Medical Board in SMS Hospital, Jaipur, where she appeared on 26.12.2025 and the Medical Board assessed her disability as 14%, which is much lower than the previous

09.06.2022.

2. Learned counsel submits that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in various orders have directed the respondents to get the physical disability assessed by All India Institute of Medical

Science, Jodhpur by constituting a Medical Board.

3. Learned counsel further submits that the present writ petition be disposed of in the light of the orders passed by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in SBCWP No.13222/2025 (Bhulesh Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and other connected petitions dated 17.09.2025 and the order dated 09.10.2025 passed in SBCWP No.15588/2025 (Vijay Kumar Meena Vs. The State of Rajasthan). In view thereof, learned

counsel submits that same order be passed in the present case.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose the

prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

6. In the case of Vijay Kumar Meena (supra), the co-ordinate

Bench has passed a reasoned order, which reads as under:-

"3. Learned counsel for petitioner while referring order dated 17.09.2025 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13222/2025, Bhulesh Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and connected matters submits that after considering the submissions of both the parties, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court has constituted the independent medical board of AIIMS, Jodhpur. He further submitted that present petitioner is having 100% disability on the basis of hearing impairment affecting both the ears. He further submits that vide letter dated 20.06.2025

present petitioner was required to undergo medical test for assessment of his disability, but after medical report of SMS Hospital, the candidature of present petitioner was rejected on 15.09.2025. He further submits that petitioner is suffering from 100% hearing impairment and he is entitled to appear in the interview of RAS Examination-2023 for the category for which his candidature was

rejected by RPSC.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner and on perusal of order dated 17.09.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench in case of Bhulesh Meena (supra), it is appropriate to balance the equity in the interest of justice to direct All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur to constitute a competent Medical Board for examination of physical impairment of the petitioner at the expenses to be deposited by the petitioner.
