13/04/2026 S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 3586/2026:-
By way of filing the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
“It is, therefore, humbly and respectively prayed that your lordship may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and call for the entire record of the case and A. By an appropriate writ order or direction, any order denying the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Fourth-class Employee in pursuance of the advertisement dated 03.03.2025 (Annex-1) against the category of EWS BLV may kindly be quashed and set aside.
B. By an appropriate writ order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the actual category of the petitioner i.e. EWS BLV instead of OBC BLV and permit the petitioner in the further selection process for the post of Fourth-class in pursuance of the advertisement dated
03.03.2025.
C. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to not to deny the selection and appointment and not to reject the candidature of the petitioner on the ground of filling of wrong category l.e. OBC BLV Instead of EWS BLV.
D. Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.
E. Writ petition filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed with costs.”
S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 3953/2026:-
By way of filing the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
“It is, therefore, humbly and respectfully prayed that this writ petition of the petitioner may kindly be allowed: -
A. By an appropriate writ order or direction, any order denying the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Class-IV Employee in pursuance of the advertisement dated 12.12.2024 (Annex-4) for Non-TSP Area against the category of OBC Widow may kindly be quashed and set aside.
B. By an appropriate writ order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the actual category of the petitioner i.e. OBC Widow instead of OBC and permit her in the further selection process for the post of Class-IV Employee in pursuance of the advertisement dated 12.12.2024 for Non-TSP Area.
C. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to afford appointment to the petitioner on the post of Class-IV Employee as per her marks. in of the advertisement pursuance 12.12.2024 for Non-TSP Area against the category of OBC Widow with all consequential benefits. D. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to not to deny the selection and appointment and not to reject the candidature of the petitioner on the ground of fil
