1. This second bail application under Section 483 of BNSS has been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.507/2024 registered at Police Station Sadar Sriganganagar, District Sriganganagar, for offences under Sections the offences under Sections 109(1), 126(2), 351(3), 115(2), 189, 49 of BNS.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are that he inflicted injuries upon the injured persons, namely, Harvindra Singh and Balveer Singh, with a sharp-edged weapon (sword).
