1. This bail application has been filed on behalf of the accused- petitioner under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No. 31/2026 registered at Police Station Lakheri, District Bundi for the offence(s) under Section(s) 303(2) of BNS.

2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is behind the bars since 26.02.2026. He also submits that the charge-sheet against the accused-petitioner is proposed to be filed. He further submits that co-accused namely Ramresh @ Rohit has already been enlarged on bail.
