1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners, as per instructions of his clients, submits that he does not wish to press the present bail application qua petitioner No.2 - Dhanna Ram S/o Shri Hema Ram and petitioner No.3 - Smt. Geeta Devi
W/o Dhanna Ram
2. Permission sought for is granted.
3. Consequently, the present bail application was heard finally on the limited question of granted of interim bail of petitioner No.1

The petitioner has filed this interim bail application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 in relation to FIR No.0256/2025 registered at Police Station Raniwara, District Jalore for the offences under Sections 103(1), 309(6), 115(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of
the BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the aforesaid FIR, contends that on account of the demise of the petitioner's mother, and in order to perform the religious ceremonies in this behalf, the petitioner is seeking an interim bail. He also submits that the petitioner undertakes to surrender immediately after expiry of the interim bail period and shall not misuse the liberty so granted. It is therefore, prayed that the petitioner may be granted interim bail
for a period of two months.
6. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for grant of interim bail, however, he does not dispute the aforesaid
facts submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
7. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
material available on record.
8. From the record it is evident that the mother of the petitioner has expired on 03.04.2026, and the presence of the petitioner is required for performing religious/last ceremonies. Hence, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate on humanitarian grounds to grant interim bail to the petitioner for a limited period of ten (10) days from the
date of his release.

The petitioner Parsa Ram S/o Shri Hema Ram is directed to be released on interim bail for a period of ten (10) days from the date of his release, provided he furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court / Jail Authority, subject
to the following conditions:-
(i) the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authorities immediately upon expiry of the interim bail
period of 10 days;
(ii) the petitioner shall neither tamper with the evidence in the matter, nor directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any one acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from
disclosing such facts to the Court or any Police Officer;
(iii) the petitioner will provide his mobile number to the Investigating Officer of the case and will keep his
mobile phone in active
