The instant application for suspension of sentence has been moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment dated 06.04.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Women Atrocities Cases, District Bhilwara in Sessions Case No. 82/2019 whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer 3 years’ R.I. along with a fine of Rs 50,000/- under Section 452 IPC. 2.
