1. The instant bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 BNSS who has been arrested in connection with the FIR No.09/2024 dated 22.07.2024 registered at the Police Station Cyber Police Station (Ganganagar) District Ganganagar for the offences under Sections 318(4), 308(6) and 61(2) of BNS and Section 66-D of the IT Act.
