2. The instant bail application has been filed by petitioner under Section 483 B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.9/2026 dated dated 25.01.2026 registered at Police Station Magalwad, District Chittorgarh for the offence under Section 8/15 of the NDPS Act.
