1. The instant bail application has been filed by petitioner under Section 483 B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.263/2025 dated 18.12.2025 registered at Police Station Lohawat, District Phalodi for the offence under Section 8/21, of the NDPS Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case while alleging that contraband weighing 13.25 grams (smack) was recovered from the possession of the co-accused Ayubdeen and the petitioner has been implicated solely on his disclosure statements that the said contraband was supplied to him by the petitioner. Apart from this, there is no other evidence to indicate the involvement of the petitioner in the present of
