Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present cases is squarely covered by the judgment of even date rendered by this Court in DBSAW No.1111/2024 (State of Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. Vijay Kumar Joshi & Ors.) and, therefore, the present writ petitions may be disposed of in same terms.
In view of the submissions so made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed in Vijay Kumar Joshi’s case (supra).
The stay application and all other pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
