1. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 22.09.2025 by which, the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Senior Secondary School Rajpura Laxmangarh, Sikar to Govt. Senior Secondary School Dhoba, Jaisalmer, which is about 550 Kms away from his present place of posting.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the transfer policy issued by the respondent-State Government, the hus
