1. These anticipatory bail applications have been filed on behalf of accused-petitioners under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 119/2025 registered at Police Station Mandana, District Kota Rural for the offence(s) under Sections 318(4) & 61(2) of

BNS.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He further

[2026:RJ-JP:16295] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-11127/2025] submits that co-accused Kamal Lodhi, Deepak Aheerwal, Mohammad Saddam and Sunil Yogi have been enlarged on bail by the trial Court. He further submits that petitioners have joined the investigation; there are no criminal antecedents against the petitioners; no recovery has been proposed to be effected at the instance of petitioners, therefore, prays that the petitioners may be granted the benefit of anticipatory bail under Section 482

5. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions made by the learned counsel for the accused- petitioners hereinabove but concurs with the fact that petitioners

are not required for further investigation.

Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that co-accused Kamal Lodhi, Deepak Aheerwal, Mohammad Saddam and Sunil Yogi have been enlarged on bail by the trial Court; there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioners. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems just and proper to extend the benefit of anticipatory

bail to the accused-petitioners.

Accordingly, these anticipatory bail applications under Section 482 BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of Mohammed Amin S/o Mohammed Naseer and Vikram Singh S/o Shri Indaj Singh, they shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of S.H.O./I.O./Arresting Officer of the concerned Police

Station in FIR No. 119/2025 on the following conditions:-

interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any

inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing

such facts to the court or any police officer, and;

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous
