The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioners, assailing the impugned order dated 28.01.2026, passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge No.5, Jaipur Metropolitan-II, Jaipur, in Civil Suit No.99/2025, titled as 'Devi Singh Vs.
