1. The case was called out in the first and second round, however, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 05.03.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3169/2025 titled as 'Krishan Gopal Kumawat vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors.' whereby the following order was passed:-

"1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that instant petition can be disposed of by giving directions to the respondents to decide the representation dated 25.11.2024 filed by the petitioner in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No.

1665/2024)

2. Heard.

3. This Court directs Respondent No. 2 to consider the abovesaid representation of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of 30 days from the date of passing of this order, strictly in accordance with law, as per the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena (Supra) and Circular issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i10¼1½ izlq-@vuq-&1@2012).

4. In light of the aforestated, the present petition is disposed of with abovesaid directions. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of."

3. The petitioner, in the contempt petition, annexed a letter addressed to Registrar Board of Revenue, wherein he stated that this Hon'ble High Court, vide order dated 05.03.2025, had directed to transfer him from Education Department to Revenue Department. However, a perusal of the said order, shows that no such directions were ever issued by this Court. This clearly demonstrates that the petitioner furnished false and misleading information about the Court's order.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents, who was present before the Court informed that they have already complied with the order dated 05.03.2025. Further, the representation filed by the petitioner in terms of the order of the Court has already been decided and, therefore, nothing survives to the present contempt petition.

5. In view of the fact that the compliance has been made by the respondent-contemnor, this contempt petition is disposed of.

6. However, for making a false statement to the respondent- contemnor Department, this Court finds it a serious act of the petitioner. Therefore, in considered opinion of this Court, the present contempt petition is an absolute abuse of process of law and wastage of valuable time of this Court and a tactics to pressurize Govt. officials.

7. Thus, the present contempt petition is dismissed with the cost of Rs.5000/- to be deposited by the petitioner in the Rajasthan High Court Bar Association for the Welfare of the Advocates within a period of 30 days from the date of this order.

For compliance of the order of cost, list this case on 20.05.2026.
