1. This bail application has been filed by the accused petitioner under Section 483 BNSS in connection with FIR No.55/2026 registered at Police Station Thoi, District Sikar for offence under Sections 8, 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the F.I.R., the allegation against the present accused- petitioner is that during patrolling by the police, the accused petitioner was stopped and searched and 34.66 gm Tramadol was recovered from his possession.
