1. This bail application has been filed by the accused petitioner under Section 483 BNSS in connection with FIR No.57/2026 registered at Police Station Kota, District GRP Ajmer for offence under Sections 8 and 20 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

2. The learned counsels for the petitioner submit that as per the F.I.R., the allegation against the present accused- petitioner is that 3.168 kg Ganja was recovered from her possession. They further submit that the recovery effected from the possession of the accused petitioner is less than commercial quantity.
