The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with FIR No.151/2024 registered at Police Station Manoharpur, District Jaipur Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 19/54 of Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950.
