1. The petitioner has filed this interim bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in relation to FIR No.102/2025 registered at Police Station Mandore, District Jodhpur City East for the offences under Sections 8 and 21 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the aforesaid FIR. It is contended that the petitioner’s wife is suffering from a serious and chronic liver disease. Learned counsel has also filed the relevant documents along with the present interim application. It is therefore, prayed that the petitioner may be granted interim bail for a period of 45 days.
