Order
1. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not want to press present writ petition on merits, however, requests this Court to issue appropriate directions to learned Revenue Appellate Authority, Pali, to decide the pending appeal filed against order dated 08.04.2026 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Raniwara, in favour of petitioner in respect of an application filed under Section 251-A of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in pursuance of said order dated 08.04.2026, a new way to petitioner’s land has already been recorded in revenue records, however, by way of impugned interim order dated 21.04.2026, the effect and operation of order dated 08.04.2026 has been stayed by learned Revenue Appellate Authority, which has deprived the petitioner of access to his own agricultural land.
3. Looking to the peculiar facts of present case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct learned Revenue Appellate Authority, Pali to decide the pending appeal expeditiously, preferably within a period of 45 days from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. With these observations and directions, present writ petition is disposed of.
5. Stay petition and all other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
