2. These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners with

the following prayers:

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 136/2015

“(i) By an appropriate writ, order or direction the condition

no. 7 (1) (ख) and (2) (ख) of the advertisement dated 11.08.2013

(Annexure-1) issued by respondent no. 2, may kindly be declared

illegal and be quashed and set aside, to the extend it does not

recognize the certificate of Teacher Eligibility Test (TET)

conducted by the central government, and

(ii) That further the respondents may kindly be directed to

consider the certificate of TET conducted by the central

government as a qualification under the advertisement dated

11.08.2013, and to consider the certificate of CTЕТ of the

petitioner (Annexure6), for the purpose of selection process and

to grant him appropriate marks for the same, and

(iii) That further the respondents may be directed to place the

petitioner in the merit list after granting him the appropriate

marks, and to give him appointment on the post of teacher

grade III (Level ii) under the advertisement dated 11.08.2013.

(iv) Any other appropriate writ order or direction, which this

Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and

circumstances of the case, may kindly be passed in the favour of

the petitioner.

(v) Cost of the writ petition may kindly be awarded to the

petitioner.”

“A/ By an appropriate writ order or direction, the

respondents may kindly be directed to permit the petitioner to

participate in the recruitment by taking into consideration his

CTET qualification.

B/ By an appropriate writ order or direction, the

respondents may kindly be directed to grant relaxation to the

petitioner in qualification for clearing RTET in pursuance of the

Section 23(2) of the Act of 2009.

C/ By an appropriate writ order or direction, the

respondents may kindly be directed to consider the candidature

of the petitioner for the post of Teacher Grade-III (Level-II) and

afford him appointment if otherwise they stand in merit.

D/ Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this

Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and

circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the

petitioner.
