1. Instant application (IA No.01/2026) has been filed seeking to extend period of interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 10.04.2026

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier granted interim bail for a period of 30 days on account of the serious heart ailment of his mother, who had been advised to undergo cardiac surgery. It is further submitted that, owing to certain medical complications, the proposed surgery could not be performed within the said period. It is further submitted that the petitioner's mother has been advised hospitalisation by treating doctor for blood transfusion. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is the only famil
