1. The matter has come up on an application preferred on
behalf of the petitioners seeking correction/modification in the
cause title of the order dated 29.04.2026 passed in S.B. Criminal
Writ Petition No. 1932/2026.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that owing to an
inadvertent clerical and typographical error, the name of
respondent No.2 came to be wrongly reflected in the aforesaid
order as “Urmila Mor W/o Nand Kumar”, whereas the correct name

and particulars of respondent No.2 are “Gopal Lal Agarwal S/o
Late Nandkumar Agarwal, aged about 28 years, resident of Village
Nawa, Tehsil Nawa, District Didwana-Kuchaman, Rajasthan”. It is
further submitted that learned counsel has filed an amended
cause title incorporating the correct particulars of respondent
No.2.
3. Having considered the submissions advanced and upon
perusal of the material available on record, this Court finds that
the error sought to be corrected is purely clerical and inadvertent
in nature. The correction sought does not affect the merits of the
matter and appears necessary for maintaining accuracy of the
judicial record and to obviate any procedural complication in
future proceedings.
4. Accordingly, the application deserves to be and is hereby
allowed. The amended cause title filed on behalf of the petitioners
is taken on record. Office is directed to place the same at the
appropriate place in the file.
5. It is further ordered that in the cause title of the order dated
29.04.2026 passed in S.B. Criminal Writ Petition No. 1932/2026,
the particulars of respondent No.2 shall be read as “Gopal Lal
Agarwal S/o Late Nandkumar Agarwal, aged about 28 years,
resident of Village Nawa, Tehsil Nawa, District Didwana-
Kuchaman, Rajasthan” in place of the incorrectly mentioned name
“Urmila Mor W/o Nand Kumar”.
6. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary
correction/amendment in the physical as well as digital record of

the case forthwith. The Registry shall further ensure that
corresponding corrections are also made in the CIS/NIC database

7. Office shall proceed accordingly.
8. This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order
dated 29.04.2026.
