The present bail application under Section 483 of BNSS is filed by the applicant-accused Ran Singh S/o Rawat Singh seeking bail in respect of a criminal case registered as FIR No. 15/2026 dated 08.04.2026 registered at P.S. CBN, Nimach, (Madhya Pradesh), for the offence under Sections 8/15(b), 42, 60(1) and 60(3) of NDPC Act.
