1. These writ petitions are disposed of in following terms as agreed and requested by the learned counsels for the respective parties:-
(i) The order impugned dated 28.11.2025 is quashed and set aside qua the petitioners with all consequences to follow.
(ii) However, the respondents are at liberty to pass an order afresh in respect of subject matter of the order impugned dated 28.11.2025 following the principles of natural justice.
