Bail Application No.300/2025, whereby the bail application filed by the accused-applicant under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. was rejected. The accused-applicant is behind the bars, pursuant to the F.I.R. No.224/2025 registered at Police Station Nokha, District Bikaner for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2), 312, 190, 191(2) & 191(3) of BNS.
