By way of filing the present writ petitions, the petitioners
have prayed for the following reliefs:
S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9763/2026-
“It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this
Hon'ble court may very graciously be pleased to accept and allow
this writ petition and further be pleased to:
i) By an appropriate writ, order and direction, the Impugned order
dated 10.1.2026 and relieving order dated 14.3.2026 & 12.3.2026
and impugned rejection order dated 30.4.2026 (Annex. 1, 2, 7 &
10) are passed by the respondents may kindly be quashed and set
aside
ii) By an appropriate writ, order and direction, the respondents be
directed to continue the petitioner on the post of lecturer in
Pannalal Chitlangia Govt. Senior Secondary School Kotwali Road
District Sikar.
iii) Pass any other appropriate order which this Hon'ble Court may
deem fit, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the
case in favour of the petitioner.”

Iii) Pass any other appropriate order which this Hon'ble Court
may deem fit, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of
the case in favour of the petitioner.”
The petitioners, who are working as School Lecturers in the
respondent department, have laid challenge to the
transfer/posting orders issued against them primarily on the
ground that they had been assigned SIR (Special Intensive
Revision) duties by the respondents in terms of the guidelines
issued by the Election Commission. While discharging duties in
