1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is similar to the case of Dr. Pawan Saini vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (D.B CWP No. 5513/2026). Therefore both the writ petitions can be heard together.

3. Ms. Priya Kanwar Rajpurohit, learned counsel appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondents. She may file reply.
