ORDER :

REKHA BORANA, J. 

1. An application has been filed on behalf of the applicant- petitioner with a submission that in order dated 24.07.2026, inadvertently, it has been mentioned that the petitioner had been [2026:RJ-JP:40263] (2 of 2) [WMAP-485/2026] working through a placement agency since the year 2023 whereas it ought to have been year 2025. Further, he was discontinued from the month of November 2025 and not September 2025.

2. In view of the submission made, the application is allowed. It is hereby clarified that para 1 of order dated 24.07.2026 shall be read as under:

“1. The present writ petition has been filed with an averment that the petitioner who had been working through a placement agency since the year 2025 has been discontinued since the month of November 2025 after a new placement agency having been awarded the tender.”

3. In view of the above, time as granted to the petitioner to file a representation shall be extended for a period of one week from now.
