JUDGEMENT
Ms. Roopa Srinivasan, Hon’ble Member (Technical):-
1. This is an Application filed by one applicant under Section 16 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act , 1987, against the respondent Railway administration, seeking compensation for the death of Yash Maheshwari age 23, during a train journey as a result of an alleged untoward incident. The applicant who is- Shiv Kumar is the father of the deceased, has sought compensation under Section 16 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act , 1987.

2. On 11.10.2024, Yash Maheshwari after purchasing a Mail/Express railway ticket boarded a train for undertaking a journey from Ghaziabad to Aligarh Junction, during the journey Yash Maheshwari fell out of the train near Mehrawal railway station on 11/12.10.2024 and died on the spot. The applicant has sought compensation under Section 16 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act fo
