Untoward incident narrated :(in verbatim): Para 6B:“यह कि मेरा पु्ቔ संकियास िुमार मु्ቚई में रहिर मजदूरी िा िायय िरता था। कदनांि 1.6.2019 िो लोिमा् कतलि टकमयनल रेलवे ्िेशन से थाना क िहपुर जं0 ति िा कितीय ्ቦेणी या्ቔा िा कटिट ्ቅय िर 15645लोिमा्
P क तलि टकमयनल-िुवाहाटी ए्ቍ्ቚेस से अपने िांव िे कनिट ्िेशन थाना किहपुर ज 0 होिर अपने िॉव ति आ रहा था। घटना कदनॉि िो टरेन में िाफी भीड थी क जसिे िारण मेरा पु्ቔ संकियास िुमार टरेन िे िेट पर ही िैठिर या्ቔा िर रहा थ ा कि अचानि या्ቔा िे दौरान मारिु्ቄी ्िेशन िे कि0मी0्ቅ0 1241/9- 1251/10 िे िीच चलती टरेन से किर िया था। दुघयटना में आई चोटों िे िारण मेरे प ्ቔ स क ियास िुमार िो रेलवे ्िाफ िी मदद से इलाज िे कलये सतना भेजा िया थ ा कि्ቌु सतना पहंचने ति उसिी मृ्ቓु हो िई। उपरो्ሹ दुघयटना िी सूचना उप ्िेशन ्ቚिंधि सतना िे िारा G.R.P. सतना िो दी िई थी कजस पर G.R.P. सतना िे िारा मिय ्ቅ0 032/19 पर िायमी िी जािर जांच िाययवाही िी िई थ ी । G.R.P. पुकलस सतना िारा िी िई जांच िाययवाही िे अनुसार मेरे पु्ቔ स क ियास िुमार िी मृ्ቓु या्ቔा िे दौरान चलती टरेन से किरने से आई चोटों िे ि ा रण हई है।” ara 7:“कितीय ्ቦेणी या्ቔा िा कटिट (उपरो्ሹ दुघयटना िे दौरान िुम)”

P P Averments in reply in Written Statement: (Para 3, 4, 15,& 17 in verbatim) ara 3:“That the contents of Para 6A and 6B of the claim application are denied as stated. In fact the deceased was neither a bonafide passenger of the said train, nor did he fell down from the said train in some UNTOWARD INCIDENT on the alleged date of accident but died due to his own illegal and unlawful act.” ara 4:“That the contents of Para 7 of the application are denied as stated. In fact, the deceased was not a bonafide passenger of the train in question on the alleged date of accident as during the course of Jama Talashi of the deceased by the GRP, a black purse and a mobile phone was recovered from him but no journey ticket was found which proved that the deceased was neither bonafide passenger nor died in some UNTOWARD INCIDENT.”
