(A) Real Estate Dispute - Project Inspection - Appointment of Inspection Team - The Tribunal may appoint technical consultants and officers to inspect project areas to verify if the physical parking areas assigned to allottees align with the schedules mentioned in the executed Sale Deeds.

We hereby appoint (i). Mr.K.Anjaiah, Technical Consultant (Retd.E.E.) working presently in RERA and (ii). Mr.N.Thirupathaiah, Deputy Collector working in this Tribunal to jointly inspect the project area Silver Sand Cyberdyne, Plot No.5 & 6, Khanamet Hitex Road, Kothaguda, RR District. The Inspection Team shall visit the project area and record physical features of the parking area and also the parking areas assigned to the following respondents/allottees T.A.Nos.52/2025, 53/2024 and 54/2025 and report whether the parking areas allotted to them are as per the Sale Deeds executed in their favour or not:

1.Mr.R.MaruthiSrinivas;

2.Smt.N. Saraswathi;

3.B.Narendra.

The Inspection Team shall submit a report specifying parking areas assigned / marked out by the promoter/appellant and handed over to the above mentioned allottees in the project with specified parking lot numbers, their dimensions therein referring to the schedule added in respect of the sale deeds of allottees.

It is needless to state that prior intimation shall be given to the concerned parties or their nominees in T.A.Nos.52/2025, 53/2025 and 54/2025 by the Inspection Team.

Inspection Team shall submit the report positively on or before 25.2.2026.

Registry is directed to comply Section 44(4) of RE ( R & D) Act, 2016 and transmit this order copy to the respective parties marking a copy to the Secretary, TG RERA ie. the Digital Registrar to upload this order in
web portal.
