07/03/2024 This application for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners who have been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.33/2024 registered at Police Station Kotwali Ganganagar, District Ganganagar, for offences under Sections 365, 452 and 34 of the IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as also learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case.
