1. Learned counsel for the petitioners, inter-alia, contends that services of the petitioners were hired by the Department of Medial & Health by outsourcing them through private agency.
2. She urges that the said agency did not even provide the petitioners with any appointment letter. They were simply deputed with the department on verbal instructions. They are being paid contractual salary as would be borne out from their respective PF accounts.
3. She would submit that on the petitioners insisting for issuing them individual appointment letters in accordance with law, they are instead being threatened that their services would be dispensed with summarily.
4. Illustratively, she points out that after filing of the writ petition an order dated 29.04.2024 has been passed by the private respondent No.5 alleging indiscipline qua petitioner No.6. Without holding any inquiry of any kind or giving him any opportunity of being heard, his services have been terminated.
